Dear Friends:

Change is inevitable … We’ve been using our tagline “Fine Architectural Hardware for Your Fine Furniture” for almost a half century. After all, 42 years is a pretty good run. Maybe we just got tired of the same-o-same-o. But we know we would get tired of the tagline before clients would. Or would they?

We devised a few other tag lines and ran them by a focus group to get their input. Some liked “Design | Quality | Service.” Others liked “The Devil IS in the Details.”

The judges have voted! “Design | Quality | Service” was the clear leader, with 42% approval. “Fine Architectural Hardware for Your Fine Furniture,” our old veteran, was second at 36%, to which we need to discount a few points for familiarity, and “The Devil IS in the Details” was third at 21%.

So, over time we will be quietly shifting taglines from “Fine Architectural Hardware …” to “Design | Quality | Service,” which we feel truly represents who we are, what we do, and how we do it.
